NEW IMPROVEMENTS THIS HOLIDAY SEASON
Covered patio, fire pits and more…

As we welcome the winter season, we are happy to announce that we have made major improvements to the lounge, enhancing the atmosphere and comfort of our guests!

The bar inside has been expanded, allowing for better service access and more seating! Coming soon will be mirrors lining the wall behind the bar. It will give a nice reflection of the lights and bottles displayed along it.

The outside deck has been covered to provide shade from the hot summer months and as a cover for those who want to enjoy outside air during a rainfall or have a smoke. Ceiling fans will be added in the future for added comfort.

The patio outside has been paved with stone pavers and it looks gorgeous! Covered fire pits will be available for those who would like to enjoy a bon fire and a beer!

You’ll have to come see it all for yourself! Pictures just don’t do it justice!

Helpful Camping Tips!

Ellie Ray's RV Resort & Lounge
www.ellieraysrvresort.com

Ellie Ray's is all about making camping fun, safe and easier! When we heard of these little tricks we just had to share!

1. Giant Night LightGallon Milk jug filled with water, attach a head lamp pointed toward the water, instant soft light without glare. Great for when playing cards at the table or for late night dinners.

2.  Organize Camping Area
Use an old belt to hang things from a tree when camping table surface area is limited.

3. Spices
Re-purpose old TicTac boxes for camping spices. To save on limited space in your RV, add a magnetic strip to the back and hang on the fridge or inside a cupboard.

4. Matches
Add black sandpaper on top of a jar to light matches.

5. Fire Starters
Cotton swabs dipped in wax become instant campfire starters. Lightweight. Great for backpackers.

Or bundling pine cones & dried herbs as fire starter logs. Good smell, no crazy chemicals!

6. Keep Away Bugs
Try adding sage to your campfire or fire pit to help keep away the mosquitoes and bugs.

7. New and Improved Smores!
Stuff marshmallows BEFORE you roast them! Chocolate chips, peanut butter cups, strawberries...endless possibilities.

Have any great tips of your own?! Feel free to share with us!
